Economizer 1/2" Thick Dock Plates  

    • Works with hand trucks, platform trucks, and pallet jacks. 
    • Bolt-on legs. 
    • 11" bend in plate allows edges to sit flush on dock and truck. 
    • Locking legs for safe loading and unloading. 
    • Complete with carry handles. 
    • Lightweight and portable.  
    • Most models easily handled by one person.  

SELECTING YOUR DOCK PLATE: 

1) Rolling Load Capacity - Vehicle % of Total Load:

    • 2-wheel hand trucks 100%
    • 4-wheel platform trucks 50%
    • Pallet trucks 66%

2) Height Difference - Measure the difference in height between the truck and loading dock.

3) Determine Your Model - DO NOT exceed height difference or select too low of capacity.


Use these 1/2" thick dock plates when a 3/8"thick plate just isn't enough. Allows easy and safe loading from docks to trucks. Not for powered equipment.
