Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. If you would like to pay by company check please return the quote with your check. We will process the order upon receipt.

 About Freight Charges

Our online ordering system is not set up to figure shipping cost. When you place an order or request a quote you will receive an automated email telling you to watch for an email with the shipping charges. When you get the email with shipping charges and you approve the freight charge; click the "Pay Now" button to complete the transaction. If you don't approve the charges or would like to arrange your own freight, please respond to the email and let us know.

When placing your order please be sure to choose the type of delivery that you need. This includes:

  • Standard Dock Delivery (Customer unloads)
  • Curbside Delivery (Customer unloads)
  • Inside Delivery (Driver places pallets inside the closest door)
  • Liftgate Delivery (Driver gets pallets to the ground, customer takes them inside)
  • Delivery appointment needed.
  • Residential Delivery (Small package only)

Additional Delivery Services

If additional delivery services are needed, please check the appropriate box at the time of the order. Any additional services performed at the time of delivery will be charged to the credit card that you used to pay for the order.

Freight Charges - Collect Shipments

If your order is shipped collect and you do not pay your carrier any or part of the total freight charges we reserve the right to bill the freight charges to the credit card you used for the order or to invoice you for any unpaid shipping charges.

Freight Damage

Our website has products from many different manufacturer’s each with their own rules on what to do if a product is damaged in shipment. Shortly after placing your order you will receive an email with your paid invoice and approximate ship date. This email will contain instructions on what to do if your order comes in damaged or short. Please follow these instructions carefully as no refunds are given on freight damage.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at any time before your credit card is charged without incurring any fees. Orders that have been entered into production cannot be canceled.

Refused Delivery

If you refuse delivery of the products that you ordered for any reason, you will be responsible for outbound and return freight plus any additional charges the freight company bills us such as storage and re-delivery fees. It can take up to two months for all the charges from refused shipments to be completed. No refunds will be issued until the freight billing is finalized.

Cancellations

Returns

No returns will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization and the original packaging. Items that are shipped factory direct are considered "special order" items and are not returnable. All other returns will be charged a 35% re-stocking fee plus outbound and return freight if applicable.
